If you contact me at me@johnnybrink.com, I receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company and the contents of your message.

My email is hosted by Hostinger.

I use the information you send me to respond to you and, where relevant, arrange and provide a Ping-Pong Session.

Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis for processing this information may be taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, performing an agreement, complying with a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in handling correspondence and operating the business.

If you become a client

If we work together, I may retain information relating to our agreement, correspondence, invoices and payments where necessary to provide the service or comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

I keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.

Who receives your information?

I do not sell your personal information.

Hostinger provides the hosting infrastructure for this website and may process technical information as part of providing and securing that service.

Other service providers may process information where this is necessary to provide services such as email, accounting or payment processing.
